Smart Bold Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Recruiter to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for helping others find their dream jobs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide candidate feedback.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide support to the Recruiter in managing the recruitment pipeline and tracking candidate progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
