📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls, cargo operations, and navigation.,Maintain and inspect vessels and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, cargo handling, and other operational metrics.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers, and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including maintenance, repairs, and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (or equivalent) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with environmental regulations and best practices.,Good understanding of cargo handling and port operations.
