📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP and WMS.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Proven experience with SAP and WMS.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
• Certification in Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) or similar is a plus.
