Point Bright Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Production Supervisor to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.,Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and quality control, to ensure that production goals are met.,Maintain open communication with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, including quality control, inventory management, and scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
