📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales pitches and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
