📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory control, stock management, and ordering.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.
  • Assist in training and developing staff to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other operational documents.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
