📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage departmental budget, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.
  • Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive departmental success.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
