📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and electronics industry is a plus.
