📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with relevant departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
