📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and management of the department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
