Makmur Bimo Bakso is looking for a Lead Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company receives the best quality ingredients at the most competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory to ensure smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize procurement strategies.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
