Jaya Joko Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and presentation.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.Provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that all customer complaints and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.Monitor and analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Familiarity with food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards.Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, or culinary arts).Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
