📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Handle and manage guest inquiries, reservations, and room assignments efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-in/check-out procedures.,Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.,Assist in organizing and managing office supplies and equipment.,Promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests and clients.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
