Sky Star Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and dining experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and able to provide exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, food handling, and employment.,Represent the restaurant at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar-sized or larger restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
