📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Track vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide support and guidance to the fleet management team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
