📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain a learning and development plan for the organization.,Identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
