📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the luxury hotel industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
