📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with ordering, payment, and serving food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Stock and organize food and beverage supplies to ensure availability.,Assist in preparing food and beverages when needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Must be at least 18 years old.
