In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked with fresh ingredients. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all deliveries, ensuring that they are received on time and in good condition.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for our kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of our inventory, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our suppliers and delivery personnel.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with our kitchen staff to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for our daily operations.
• Assist in the organization of our restaurant, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and welcoming to our customers.
• Provide any other support as needed to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with delivery management software, such as ShipStation or ShipBob.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
