📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end material sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align material needs with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage ERP systems like SAP to streamline procurement workflows and data management.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure materials meet specified standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in materials engineering and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials procurement, supplier management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
