📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to clients, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communication systems.
• Conduct system checks and perform routine maintenance to prevent potential issues.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Certification in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant technical certifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technical tools such as Wireshark, PuTTY, and SNMP.
• Familiarity with communication systems such as IP PBX, VoIP, and Unified Communications.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
