📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all outlets.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to the team during peak periods and special events.
• Use Google Maps for route planning and tracking.
• Assist in training new staff on operational protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the laundry or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Google Maps.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
• Certification in logistics or operations management is a plus.
