📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of divers in coral husbandry activities, including coral transplantation, monitoring, and disease management.
• Develop and implement coral husbandry protocols and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of coral reefs to monitor their health and growth.
• Coordinate with marine biologists and conservationists to develop and implement effective conservation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices for diving and marine conservation.
• Train and mentor team members on coral husbandry techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with local communities to promote marine conservation and sustainable practices.
• Prepare and present reports on coral husbandry activities and conservation efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine conservation, coral husbandry, or a related field.
• Certified diver with advanced certifications such as PADI Divemaster or equivalent.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of divers.
• Strong knowledge of coral husbandry techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GIS and GPS tools for mapping and monitoring coral reefs.
• Commitment to marine conservation and sustainable practices.
