📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) using tools like Honeywell Building Automation, Siemens Building Technologies, or similar.
• Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to implement energy-saving measures and improve building performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to building occupants and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide regular reports on system performance and energy usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS engineering or a similar role.
• Certification in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems, including Honeywell Building Automation, Siemens Building Technologies, or similar.
• Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS) and their integration with BMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
