In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our central operations team in Muara Teweh, ensuring that all regional operations align with our company's strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the courier team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages.
• Optimize delivery routes using GPS tracking systems to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources.
• Coordinate with the central operations team in Muara Teweh to ensure alignment with company-wide logistics strategies.
• Train and mentor new couriers, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets operational targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of couriers.
• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route optimization software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the local area in Badung, Bali, and the ability to navigate efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
