📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fiber optic infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute fiber optic installations in both residential and commercial settings.
• Document all maintenance activities and network performance data for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fiber optic technology and implement new solutions as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure their networks are operating efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiber optic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certification in fiber optic technology, such as FOTA (Fiber Optic Technician Association) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic equipment and tools, including OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer), fiber splicers, and fusion splicers.
• Proficiency in using network management software and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
